International Master's Programmes
In 2012, the School of Science will offer fourteen international Master's programmes in English. These Master's programmes are available for both Finnish and international applicants with Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent academic qualifications. The duration of the Master's programme is two years.
Master's programmes in Computer Science and Engineering
- Master's Programme in Bioinformatics (jointly with University of Helsinki)
- Master's Programme in Foundations of Advanced Computing (FAdCo)
- Master's Programme in Machine Learning and Data Mining (Macadamia)
- Master's Programme in Mobile Computing - Services and Security
- Master's Programme in Service Design and Engineering (SDE)
- Master's Programme in ICT Innovation (EIT ICT Labs Master School), starting 2012
In addition, the School hosts two Erasmus Mundus programmes that contain studies in two universities:
- NordSecMob-Master's Degree Programme in Security and Mobile Computing
- euSYSBIO - Master's Degree Programme in Computational and Systems Biology
Master's programmes in Industrial Engineering and Management
Master's programmes in Engineering Physics and Mathematics
- Master's Programme in Applied and Engineering Mathematics, starting 2012
- Master's Programme in Physics of Advanced Materials, starting 2012
In addition, the Degree Programme in Engineering Physics and Mathematics offers six major subjects in English at the Master level.
